With the rise of councils axing cash parking machines for the easy to defraud online parking payments, it comes as no qurprise that criminals are cashing in on 'Cashless Society' by redirecting people to fraudsters websites and they take money out of poeple's bank accounts for services like "parking", and the motorist still gets a fine for not paying for parking.  This is the 'benefit' of the corrupt UK state pushing for cashless society - more fraud on you, and they wash their hands of it.
